This is my very first post.
I would like to introduce myself.
I have been working in Retail for nearly 20 years, and a customer for a little bit longer.
Starting as a Saturday Girl in my local independent boutique and over the years working for some of the biggest brands and stores in the industry i have found myself back where i stared with in a small chain boutique.
Now, with a first class degree and a masters under my belt I still chose the Retail sector to work in as, unlike a lot of my peers, I really do like even love customers and the interaction that come with being on the shop floor.
Over the years I have picked up some good stories, advice and learnt a lot! Now i want to share how to get the best from your shopping experience, because the best customer service really is saved for the best customers.
Think of it as a little bit of therapy, a gift from me to you.
